Team Carney is actively searching for an experienced Facilitator to oversee a one week conference in Northern Virginia supporting a DOD Executive Leadership program.   This well established conference will run from Monday, March 23rd thru Friday, March 27th.  Compensation includes a facilitator fee, plus travel and accommodations expenses.

Duties:
  • Introduce session speakers
  • Facilitate transitions between speakers and activities
  • Attend evening events
  • Act as a liaison for students
Requirements:
  • Experience as a Facilitator, Speaker or Coach
  • DOD Executive Leadership standing (past or present)
  • Minimum of Tier 2 Senior Executive Service roles experience
  • Experience in high level policy or strategic leadership roles relating to the DOD and/or other government agencies
