Executive Office Support
This position is onsite in Hampton Virginia.
This position requires an active Secret security clearance.
Responsibilities:
Performs administrative, clerical, and minor technical support duties.
Maintain and coordinate the division/branch calendars and schedules to reflect personnel availability and coverage to include appointments, leave, and travel.
Manage division (classified and unclassified) e-mails/tasks and TMT tasks. Ensure all responses are properly staffed and formatted before being released by division leadership IAW the AO handbook and other-directed guidance.
Proficiently prepare and coordinate reports, memos, letters, forms, briefings, and other documents using Microsoft Word, Excel, Access databases, and PowerPoint software. Be able to make changes to word documents, excel spreadsheets, Access databases, and PowerPoint presentations to enhance their effectiveness or to repair/correct minor errors.
Act as initial point of contact for A3R Division Chief. Field phone calls, provide information to internal ACC/A3 divisions, as well as external directorate (e.g., A1, A5/8/9, etc.) leadership. As applicable, filter information and prioritize urgent matters.
Plan, organize, and facilitate meetings with/for A3R Division Chief with other A3 division leadership, as well as General Officer (GO)/Senior Enlisted Service (SES) level leadership. When applicable, prepare agendas, create/distribute invitations, as well as attend meetings, and review, record, and distribute meeting minutes.
- Maintain the division data management/file systems to include SharePoint and Air Force Records Information Management System (AFRIMS). Manage and maintain SharePoint site content and access.
- Active Secret security clearance.
- Minimum 4 years Executive Assistant experience.
- Minimum 7 years HQ staff experience.
The projected compensation range for this position is provided within the posting and is based on full-time status. Part-time staff receive a prorated salary based on regularly scheduled hours. The estimated minimum and maximum displayed represent the broadest range for this position (inclusive of high geographic and high clearance requirements) and is just one component of Team Carney's total compensation package for employees.
