A3A Division Office Support
This position is onsite in Hampton Virginia.
This position requires an active Secret security clearance.
Responsibilities:
Perform administrative, clerical, and minor technical support duties. .
Maintain and coordinate the division calendar and schedules to reflect personnel availability and SME coverage to include appointments, leave, and travel.
- Manage and monitor the division NIPR and SIPR electronic organization mailboxes to process and distribute incoming and outgoing traffic to the appropriate branch and division
- Utilize Task Management Tool (TMT) tasking software to track and distribute official taskings.
- Develop, organize, create, monitor, consolidate, respond, report, and edit division correspondences for internal Directorate offices and other units across the Command and Air Force. Additionally, provide training and guidance to all A3A Division personnel on the use of specific TMT actions IAW ACC/A3 AO handbook and higher-level directed guidance.
Create and maintain a continuity folder for duty position containing job responsibilities, procedures, points of contact, templates, forms, and associated task documentation.
Coordinate, manage, review, and guide all staff actions for the A3A Division. Track, review, and process administrative and personnel management actions including performance reports, decorations, promotions, and recognition and award programs.
Coordinate and track in-processing/out-processing of division personnel within the A3 Directorate. Manage gaining/outgoing checklists and collect required documentation IAW ACC/A3EA guidance for accuracy, updates, and processing of division personnel.
Manage and update division information systems utilizing Microsoft Teams, and SharePoint access sites.
- Maintain inventory of division office supplies and coordinate purchases with applicable point of contact (POC) when orders are required.
- Active Secret security clearance.
- Minimum 4 years Administrative Assistant experience.
- Minimum 2 years experience Wing level or higher staff experience.
The projected compensation range for this position is provided within the posting and is based on full-time status. Part-time staff receive a prorated salary based on regularly scheduled hours. The estimated minimum and maximum displayed represent the broadest range for this position (inclusive of high geographic and high clearance requirements) and is just one component of Team Carney's total compensation package for employees.
